Interval Rebrand and Launch

Execution

Interval is an active lifestyle brand inspired by the rhythm between movement and recovery. I led the rebrand from the ground up, developing the visual identity, logo system, packaging, trim details, website, email, social, and paid media. The brand was built around the idea that growth happens in the in-between moments—creating a refined identity that balances performance, wellness, and modern lifestyle.
